An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Lead Nurse to work in an exceptional care home. You will be working for a leading healthcare provider, offering residential and nursing care.

This care home provides support for individuals who need help with daily tasks, as well as complex medical care. It also offers dementia care for residents who require it.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure excellent care delivery
  • Promote independence and dignity while enhancing residents' lives
  • Support delivery improvements and drive quality standards in line with CQC guidelines
  • Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for residents, employees, and visitors
  • Support the Home Manager and manage the daily operations of the Home

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience of managing a team, including supervising staff and creating rotas
  • Knowledge of quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
  • Ability to create well-developed care plans and risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Confidence in maintaining accurate documentation and resident records
  • Ability to oversee medicine management on your shift, in line with company policies and legislation
  • Capacity to support, guide, teach, and mentor others, following the NMC Code
  • Passion for delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
