**Job Title:** Academic Quality Coordinator

This role involves ensuring that every product meets rigorous quality criteria, contributing to our reputation for excellence. You will work with cutting-edge technology and a dynamic team dedicated to shaping the future of automotive components.

**Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee departmental activities to meet customer requirements and expectations regarding quality standards and supporting documentation.
  2. Take charge of the company's quality strategy, ensuring seamless implementation of policies and systems.
  3. Spearhead the implementation and continual enhancement of the IATF 16949 quality management system.
  4. Ensure compliance with customer approval requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  5. Manage processes related to non-conformance.
  6. Develop and execute quality improvement initiatives involving suppliers, internal and external customers.
  7. Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address issues and enhance overall product quality.
  8. Analyse and present information on production capabilities, quality issues, and manage product and process non-conformance data.
  9. Enforce process control, quality policies, and control systems in manufacturing areas.
  10. Monitor Quality Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and initiate appropriate actions.
**Requirements:**
  • Experience working as a Quality Engineer/Quality Manager.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with Automotive being highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 / IATF 16949 certification standards.
  • Auditing experience.
