About the Role

Risk and Capital Manager is a newly created position within the Risk and Capital function at Finitas.

This is a broad role offering excellent exposure across the tightly linked risk and capital functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a risk management culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and execute stress and scenario testing to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit ORSA reports to stakeholders.
  • Validate risk management processes and procedures to ensure their effectiveness.
Requirements

Prior experience within an (re)insurance organization with knowledge and application of risk management principles, stress and scenario testing, and ORSA reporting is highly beneficial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
