We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Assembly team as an Industrial Placement. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining state-of-the-art Formula 1 cars and components.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the build, sign off, and service of components and car systems
- Attend Daily Operational Performance Management meetings
- Take an active role in continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure production deadlines are met
- Maintain strict safety policies and exacting quality standards
- Ability to understand complex technical drawings and proficient with using CAD
- Ability to work in a team environment with effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Heavy background in mechanical, automotive, or aviation engineering
- Hands-on Motorsport experience desirable
