About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every shopper has a positive experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, respond promptly to their queries, and provide solutions to any issues they may be experiencing.
  • Operate Cash Registers: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate our electronic payment systems.
  • Maintain Store Standards: Ensure that our store is well-organized, clean, and safe for our customers and colleagues.
