Salary: £55,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)

Working hours: 44 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in our Chelmsford Land Rover dealership. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will communicate effectively via email, phone, and in person, utilizing your fine-tuned customer service skills to deliver outstanding results.

With full support and training provided, you will have access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1 of your journey with us. Previous automotive experience is advantageous, but not essential. We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and in person
  • Utilize sales skills to drive sales growth and meet targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
