We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Early Education and Childcare Advisory Team, ensuring that our providers deliver high-quality, flexible, and accessible early education and childcare for all families.
About the RoleAs our Advisory Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of dedicated professionals to provide tailored support to early education and childcare providers. You will share your expertise and passion to help the sector deliver evidence-based practices, nurture strong partnerships, and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals to provide expert advice and support to early education and childcare providers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and accessibility of early education and childcare services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive evidence-based practices and innovation in the sector.
- Nurture strong partnerships with providers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
We are looking for a collaborative leader with extensive experience in the early education and childcare sector. You will have a strong passion for early years development and a proven track record of driving positive change.
As a team leader, you will be responsible for fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation across services. You will inspire the sector and colleagues to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the standards outlined in the statutory and regulatory guidance.
