About SF Recruitment

We are working with a market leading Civil Engineering and Construction company to find a number of Residential Site Engineers at all levels to join their close-knit and thriving team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Management: Oversee the setting of construction projects, ensuring that all aspects are correctly implemented and managed.
  2. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that the work meets the required standards and is completed to the highest quality.
  3. Project Coordination: Work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and managed effectively.
  4. Labour Management: Manage the labour force, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  5. Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to the project team and stakeholders.
  6. Materials Management: Oversee the management of materials, ensuring that they are delivered to site on time and in the correct quantities.
  7. Site Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that all aspects are running smoothly and efficiently.
  8. Client Management: Develop effective relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  9. Team Management: Work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are managed effectively.
  10. Professional Development: Continuously develop your knowledge and skills in the industry, sharing best practice guidance with the team.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. A degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential builds.
  3. Experience in managing labour and materials.
  4. Previous experience in Health & Safety responsibilities.
  5. Numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, permanent days.
