About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Strategist to join our team at Cleo AI. As a key member of our product organization, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and analytics, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with our data science team to develop and implement data-driven product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap, including prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with our analytics team to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our competitors and market trends, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
