Grocery Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Grocery Team Lead to join our team at Emerson H A & Son. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in supervising staff, managing workflows, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of staff members. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career progression. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about retail, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the effective workflow of the shop floor
- Supervise staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Ensure that all areas of the store are well-stocked and presented to a high standard
- Identify tasks that need to be completed and delegate jobs to the right people
Requirements:
- 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven track record in supervising staff and managing workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of staff members
