Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a skilled Nursery Manager to lead our team at our Woking Centre, a 64-place centre surrounded by rustic woodland.
The successful candidate will have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager, and strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
The key responsibilities of this role include leadership, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, financial management, community engagement, and professional development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and leading the team towards excellence, identifying and implementing enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, and overseeing the budget and resources effectively.
Busy Bees offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, up to 25% annual salary bonus, leading maternity/paternity and adoption leave policies, access to 'Smart Hive,' our 24/7 employee benefits platform, 50% childcare discount, and extra day off for your birthday.
