Job Opportunity at Aztec

We are seeking a skilled Workday expert to play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) product as part of our HR transformation journey.

About the Role
The successful candidate will lead and support the implementation of single or multiple HCM functional streams, managing the Workday system, gathering business requirements, and providing in-depth HCM expertise. Responsibilities include assessing potential applications of Workday solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues, creating project plans, conducting system testing, and supporting end-users with training and ongoing assistance.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will have 3-5 years of consulting experience, relevant educational qualifications, and experience implementing or supporting HCM solutions. Certification in multiple Workday modules is preferred. A strong understanding of HR processes and practices, experience with Workday configurations, customizations, and integrations, and business analysis and requirements gathering skills are also essential. Additionally, you will be a detailed-driven problem solver, a strong presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to learn technology quickly through different mediums.

What We Offer
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract based in Southampton, reporting to the Senior People, Data and Insights Manager. The estimated annual salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 depending on your level of experience.
