Finance Business Partner Opportunity

At Sheridan Maine (Midlands), we are seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage month-end routines within the Finance function and handle adhoc tasks.
  • Support the business with reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure accurate accounting and reporting activity.
  • Prepare monthly Gross Profit results for relevant areas of finance.
  • Provide weekly reporting of key programme and business metrics.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of program contract performance (both historical and forecast).
  • Generate monthly reports for the business.
Requirements:
  • Hold a professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
