Renewable Energy Sales Specialist

The Renewable Energy Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company's renewable energy products. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, as well as making outbound calls to our customer database to generate enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our renewable energy products and services
- Make outbound calls to our customer database to generate enquiries and qualify leads
- Set appointments with customers for our Business Development Managers to visit and provide product demonstrations
- Handle inbound contacts, including calls, emails, and web-chat, and provide consultative sales support to customers
- Ensure all sales opportunities are handled in a professional manner, with a focus on generating leads and driving sales growth
- Support the launch of new products and services, and provide training to colleagues on new product offerings
- Deliver sales excellence by achieving performance targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the renewable energy industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
