Key Responsibilities:
- Filing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records
- Processing starter paperwork and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Compiling offer letters, contracts, and benefits information
- Preparing and distributing HR communication letters and emails
- Providing administrative support for HR meetings and events
- Answering HR-related queries and providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Good understanding of generalist HR Administration
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Able to prioritize workload and work proactively
