Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech and Language Support Assistant to join our team in Westminster. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing essential support to children with Speech and Language Needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, specifically a First-Class Degree from a Russell Group University in Psychology, Speech and Language, or other relevant areas. Previous experience working with children with moderate to severe Speech and Language difficulties is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to children with Speech and Language Needs
  • Developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance learning outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to provide a comprehensive support system

Requirements:

  • A First-Class Degree from a Russell Group University in Psychology, Speech and Language, or other relevant areas
  • Experience of working with children with moderate to severe Speech and Language Needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
