About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Komplex Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injury and medication administration.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with our Operations Manager and Registered Manager to ensure seamless care delivery.
