Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee a team of engineers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are met, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Lead strategic contractual and operational meetings with clients to discuss contract performance and future plans.
- Provide leadership and management to the site team, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in managing mobile businesses and soft services.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritise and solve problems under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a quality and professional environment.
