Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a passionate animation team to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborating with the art leadership to maintain a high-quality standard across animation and related departments
  • Developing and implementing animation assets for the game, ensuring seamless integration with other departments
  • Documenting and maintaining the animation pipeline to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Identifying and presenting innovative solutions to animation challenges

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in animation, with a strong portfolio and excellent working knowledge of Maya, MotionBuilder, or other industry-standard animation packages
  • Proven experience in mentoring and growing an animation department, with a passion for video games and current trends in animation
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and approachable attitude
