Senior Research Executive - Healthcare Market Research

About ENI - Elizabeth Norman International

ENI - Elizabeth Norman International is a leading healthcare market research agency seeking a talented Senior Research Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-3 years' experience in healthcare market research, with a proven track record of end-to-end project management.

The Role

You will be involved in all aspects of project work, including designing materials and managing day-to-day fieldwork. For quantitative projects, you will be responsible for managing data processing and coding, while for qualitative projects, you will oversee design of discussion guides, moderating interviews and focus groups as well as online communities.

You will also be part of report writing and participating in final client presentations, ensuring that findings are presented. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved with business development, such as designing proposals with senior leaders, where you will help select methodologies and define project scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project work, including designing materials and managing day-to-day fieldwork
  • Oversee data processing and coding for quantitative projects
  • Design discussion guides, moderate interviews and focus groups, and manage online communities for qualitative projects
  • Participate in report writing and final client presentations
  • Contribute to business development, including designing proposals and selecting methodologies

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of all aspects of the research process, demonstrating good knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. They should also have experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data accurately in various formats, showcasing their ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
