Deputy Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Kids Planet Sheepbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality childcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery
  • Lead and motivate a team of nursery staff to deliver excellent care and education to children
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided to children
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
  • Leadership experience within a nursery setting
