Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager
  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Ensure store cleanliness and food preparation standards are met
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader who can lead and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results. If you have team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail and are ready to step into a managerial role, we would love to hear from you.

Our shift patterns run from 6.00am to 18.00pm, and we are looking for candidates who are available to work during these hours. However, we are flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
