Office Manager Opportunity in Central London

A fantastic chance to join a successful boutique finance firm in the heart of Central London as a part-time Office Manager. Based in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, you will be the go-to person for the close-knit team of twenty, handling various administrative tasks and supporting the CEOs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Office Administration: Manage stationery, supplier relationships, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
  2. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and manage the team's diaries.
  3. Finance Support: Provide basic finance administration and bookkeeping support to the finance team.
  4. General Support: Offer all-round administrative support to the team.

This is a varied and dynamic role suitable for a team player who is happy to contribute at all levels. There is potential for the role to become full-time in the future, with hybrid working options on Mondays and Fridays.
