Sales Growth Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets? We're seeking a top-tier Sales Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
About the RoleAs a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our battery electric vehicle and EVTOL portfolios. You'll work closely with our existing sales team to identify new leads, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain sales pipelines to ensure accurate forecasting
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 GBP, plus a flat 20% commission (OTE £120,000 - £150,000). You'll also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and thriving business, with a great culture and a chance to travel across Europe and North America.
