About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BMW Sales Trainee/Sales Apprentice.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone looking to start their sales career from the ground up, with comprehensive training and support provided by our experienced team.

As a BMW Sales Trainee/Sales Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting the benefits of our premium vehicles.

You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a unique and personalized experience for our customers.

In addition to on-the-job training, you will also receive formal qualifications through the Institute of the Motor Industry and Sales Professional (ISP), solidifying your knowledge and expertise in the field.

With a competitive estimated salary of £18,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, this is an excellent starting point for a rewarding and challenging career in sales.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You must also be educated to A level standard or equivalent, have GCSE Maths, English, and one other subject grades A to C, and be available to work every other Saturday and Sunday.

A full and valid driving licence is essential for this role, and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
