We are seeking an exceptional Senior Spanish Education Professional to lead the development and delivery of our Spanish curriculum across both schools in the Unity Schools Trust. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the education and personal growth of our students.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in teaching and leading at secondary level, with a proven ability to develop and sustain high-quality teaching practice among colleagues. The role will involve working closely with subject teachers to empower them to deliver outstanding lessons and support the continued growth and achievement of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • School Curriculum Development: Work with the leadership team to design and implement an inspiring and challenging Spanish curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons that engage and motivate students, promoting their academic progress and personal development.
  • Collaboration and Support: Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to improve teaching practice and raise standards across the school.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience
