Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual IT Engineer to support the efficient operation of our company's IT infrastructure. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing software, hardware, and networks to ensure seamless technology operations.

In this role, you will work closely with our IT team to provide technical support and maintenance services. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance and a generous pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services
  • Monitor and manage IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of IT core infrastructure, Windows Servers & Exchange, SCCM, LAN, WAN, and internet technologies
