Responsibilities
  • Provide visible clinical leadership and expert nursing care across the site.
  • Support with the assessment and management of deteriorating patients, coordinating resources and escalating to HDU/PICU as required.
  • Actively contribute to the PICU step-down process and assist with bed allocation.
