Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hot Tub Maintenance Specialist to join our team at MySpa UK Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our hot tubs and associated wellness products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and associated equipment with precision and attention to detail.
  • Test and balance water chemistry to ensure optimal soaking conditions.
  • Install and troubleshoot hot tubs, including replacement and fitting of heat pumps, heaters, and jets.
  • Communicate with customers to diagnose issues and provide expert solutions.
  • Service, clean, and sanitize hot tubs to a high standard, offering advice to customers to enhance their product enjoyment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in hot tub maintenance or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude are required at all times.
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical work, or related fields would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of water chemistry and treatment methods is desirable, however training will be provided.
  • Valid and clean driver's license is required as the successful candidate will be field-based and on the road daily, traveling around the Midlands and further afield.
  • Excellent communication and ability to assist customers in answering any questions and addressing concerns professionally.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
  • Physical fitness and endurance to undertake manual labor in diverse weather conditions.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • This is a field-based job, a minimum of 2 years experience required.
  • Clean UK Driving Licence (required).
  • Willingness to travel: 100% (required).
