We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Professional to join our team at Listers Audi Dealership in Coventry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Qualify and convert leads into sales, maximizing opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality customer database.
- Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
- Valid UK driver's license.
- Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
