PMO Analyst Job Description

Certain Advantage is seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to support the Project Management Office in delivering change projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in ensuring project plans and documentation meet PMO standards.
  • Coordinate regular audits of projects to ensure compliance with PMO standards.
  • Consolidate monthly project status reports from Project Managers for Governance Boards.
  • Develop templates for the PMO to enhance project and program delivery.
  • Evaluate and refine PMO processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation certification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of project management approaches and techniques.
  • Experience in supporting projects through a PMO and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and achieve project delivery.
