This is a highly visible role within the business, as well as with our publishers and customers, and will require a blend of problem resolution and business partnership skills. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of empathy, first-class communication skills, and a delivery-focused approach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities, drawing on their commercial and client relationship knowledge to challenge our existing ways of working. They will also be expected to bring ideas into the business through attendance of conferences, seminars, webinars, and/or reading articles, or through supplier relationships.
We are looking for a strong leader with proven client and customer relationship, and project delivery skills. The ideal candidate will have experience of successfully building and managing customer services or client services teams, as well as a track record of building, transforming, and sustaining client relationships and delivering improvements to service across a diverse range of clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our number one position in the market by working closely with customers and publishers to ensure we are constantly meeting ever-changing customer and publisher needs. They will also be expected to build partnerships with our suppliers to maximize the value of the services they provide in terms of service experience or productivity.
