Gloucester Hotel Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Deputy General Manager to join our team at De Vere Tortworth Court, a magnificent hotel in South Gloucestershire. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front and play a key role in shaping the future of our hotel. You will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported throughout their stay.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. We are looking for someone who can motivate and inspire our team members to deliver consistently high standards of service.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £49,000 and £52,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme of up to 20% based on business and personal performance.

Requirements:
  • A recent experience in a similar role and property either as a Hotel Manager, Deputy General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team and excellent communication skills.
  • A service-oriented approach, a passion for high standards and the ability to drive the property and team from strength to strength.
  • A strong commercial focus and excellent knowledge of the competitor set in order to develop the business further.
