Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in [location].
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in bookkeeping, solid bookkeeping skills, and multi-client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing financial operations, including bookkeeping services, VAT returns, and management reporting.
  • Providing company secretarial services, client query resolution, and software support.
  • Training clients on Xero and other apps as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in bookkeeping, solid bookkeeping skills, and multi-client experience.
  • Strong client-facing skills, familiarity with multiple software platforms, and knowledge of double entry bookkeeping, VAT, and CIS.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
