Role Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Graduate/Intermediate Building Surveyor to join our expanding team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience with high-profile projects and benefit from full APC support to achieve RICS Chartered status.

The Role: Building Surveyor
In this role, you will deliver a variety of building surveying services on significant projects across government, commercial, and residential sectors. You will be instrumental in preparing designs, drawings, and specifications, leading client meetings, and supporting senior colleagues with project management and client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare designs, drawings, and detailed specifications for various projects.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing technical expertise.
  • Assist senior surveyors in managing projects and building client relationships.

About the Role
