Job Title: Kitchen Manager

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager or an experienced Kitchen Team Leader who is ready to take their next step. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, coach, and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent food and service.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill within the kitchen team.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are up-to-date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
