SEND Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant to work in one of our SEND Schools.
The role is to support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including ADHD, ASD, PMLD, and SEMH. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of the needs of learners with ALN and/or social, emotional, and mental health needs.
As a SEND Support Worker, you will be working in a dynamic and stimulating environment that focuses on inspiring change within pupils to ensure their successful future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality support to pupils with diverse needs
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Helping pupils engage and enjoy life-affirming experiences
