Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that our operations consistently meet the highest standards of quality and comply with all relevant regulations.

About the Role: As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will provide technical leadership and support in quality management systems, ensuring the effective implementation of processes, and maintaining rigorous standards across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct root cause analysis on non-conforming products using methodologies like 8D and 5Why's (RCA)
  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality management processes and procedures (CI).
  • Coordinate and perform internal audits, ensuring non-conformance issues are identified and corrected (NCRs & CAPAs).
  • Supervise and provide guidance to inspectors, technicians, and other quality-related staff.
  • Investigate customer complaints and quarantined items.
  • Coordinate Quality meetings and training matrixes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Strong root cause analysis skills (8D & 5Ys)
  • Strong IT & Document control skills.
