Care Team Leader

Collaborating closely with the Deputy Manager, you will oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, conduct care assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for uplifting the spirits and well-being of our residents while fostering a culture of success within our care team. You will have the opportunity to work with a well-trained and helpful staff, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents.
