Senior Project Planner

At Turner & Townsend, we're committed to supporting change and driving progress. As a Senior Planner, you'll play a key role in leading our planning discipline team on high-complexity projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project schedules that align with project requirements
- Ensure adherence to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule data and submissions
- Assist project teams in developing status reports to keep management informed on project progress
- Oversight of day-to-day management, staffing, and implementation of Integrated Project Controls standards and processes
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and coordinate assignments
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identifying potential problem areas
- Assist project managers in maintaining timely and effective change management processes
- Conduct analysis to understand alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules
- Undertake project reviews and monitor overall project plans
- Professional experience in Project Controls, specializing in Planning & Scheduling across multiple sectors and project lifecycles
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with Primavera (P6) and/or other planning and resourcing software
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, manage, motivate, and develop a team
- A degree in a relevant technical or management field or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience
