We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Non-Medical Prescriber to join our team within One Recovery Bucks, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service for people impacted by their own or someone else's use of alcohol or drugs.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality clinical interventions, including prescribing for people with an opioid use disorder, alcohol detoxification and relapse prevention medication, health and wellbeing interventions and blood borne virus screening and vaccinations.

About the Role

As a Non-Medical Prescriber, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support to individuals dealing with substance use issues.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical interventions, including prescribing and health and wellbeing support
  • Working with individuals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working as an Independent NMP within a drug and alcohol service
  • Evidence of working effectively at a senior level in a multi-disciplinary health and social care setting
