We seek a dedicated Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences to play a key role in the delivery of our blended programme aimed at addressing the global shortage of doctors.

About Our Programme

In collaboration with the American University of the Caribbean, we offer a distinctive programme that enables students from the UK and globally to pursue their accredited medical qualification, the Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Contribute to course design, teaching, and assessment of our blended programme
  • Provide expert leadership in modules related to Molecular Cell Biology
  • Hold a strong academic background in Molecular Cell Biology or a related field
  • Possess a PhD in a relevant area
  • Showcase recent evidence of scientific publications and conference presentations
  • Have experience in teaching at higher education institutions
Key Requirements
  • Ability to teach up to Masters level
  • Knowledge of USMLE teaching methods is desirable
  • A teaching qualification like fellowship of the HEA is also desirable

Salary and Benefits Package

The estimated salary for this role is £48,000 - £68,000 per annum, based on experience. You will also enjoy excellent benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
