About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cambridge Electrical Design Team Lead to join our team at Sense. As a key member of our Cambridge office, you will lead the design, verification, and certification of our products.

Your leadership skills and experience in electrical engineering will enable you to guide our team towards delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with our internal firmware teams and partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, verification, and certification of our products
  • Engineering support for design, layout, component selection, and manufacturing
  • Coordination and collaboration with internal firmware teams and partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an electrical engineer
  • Great leadership skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn
  • BA/BS or master's degree in EE or relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience with RF design and simulation (2 - 6 GHz), including PCB transformers and antennas
