About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure effective communication and care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
