About the JobThis role requires a highly organized and efficient individual with 2+ years of experience as a Private PA, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary and travel management for the entire family
- Appointment scheduling and gift procurement
- Household staff management, including recruitment
- Negotiating supplier contracts and managing invoices
- Liaising with stakeholders across projects and business as usual
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-presented, proactive, and personable, with a strong team player attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
