Senior Architectural Technologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our award-winning Architectural Practice in Romsey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to work with a market leader, utilizing their expertise to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold presentations and be an integral part of the team
  • Interpret client briefs and work within a wider technical team
  • Assist more junior members of the team and work on a mixture of residential and mixed-use projects
  • Prepare masterplans and produce drawings for submission, adhering to building regulations
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the UK, with a focus on residential projects
  • Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD, with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of M4 (CAT 2&3) & Nationally Described Space Standards, with a full UK driving licence
  • A team participant and proficient communicator, with a desire to progress and attend CPD
