We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Plumber to join our team at Fortus Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of carpentry and plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fitting of various types of doors
* First and second fixing
* Kitchen installations
* Repairing minor leaks
* Replacing sanitary wear
* Ceramic wall tiling
* Vinyl floor tiling
* Non-licensed asbestos removal (training provided)

Requirements:

* 2-5 years of experience in Social Housing or Building Maintenance
* NVQ level 2-3 in carpentry/plumbing or equivalent
