About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our thriving primary school in Cheshunt. As a key member of our teaching team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early learning journey of our children aged 3 to 5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where all children feel supported and valued.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
  • Encourage creative, play-based learning while meeting key developmental milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching assistant, support staff, and leadership team.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • A passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
