About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at East Grinstead is proud to hold an Ofsted rating of GOOD. Our warm and friendly team is looking for a new Unqualified Practitioner to join their relief team on a zero-hour contract based on the needs of the nursery and your availability.

About the Role

As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, you will assist the team in giving our children the best start in life. You will work closely with the team to ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.

What to Expect

  • Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a nurturing and engaging environment for our children.
