Senior Project Manager – Cladding and Building Remediation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of cladding remediation and broader fire safety remediation projects from inception to completion for leading developer and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the delivery of cladding remediation and broader fire safety remediation projects
  • Providing advisory support to applicants pursuing cladding remediation government funding streams
  • Leading on a diverse range of projects within our Central and Local Government PM team

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Professional qualification e.g., MAPM or MRICS
  • Experience in the delivery of cladding remediation projects advantageous
  • Good understanding of the Building Safety Act and HRB processes required
